Refund policy

At Martizy, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure a smooth, transparent and hassle-free shopping experience for every customer. Please read the policies below carefully before placing an order.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped.
    To request cancellation, contact our customer support immediately.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
    However, you may request a return or replacement as per our policies.

2. Refund Policy

  • If an order is cancelled before shipping or if Martizy is unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

  • For returned products, refunds will be processed after a successful quality check of the returned item.

  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account after approval.

  • A return handling fee of ₹250 will be deducted from the refund if the return is initiated due to personal reasons (size preference, design preference, change of mind, etc.).

  • No handling fee will apply if the return is approved due to wrong, defective, or damaged product delivered.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only when the returned product meets the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • Products that are used, washed, damaged, or returned in a non-original condition may be rejected for refund.

4. Replacement Policy

Products purchased from martizy.in are eligible for replacement under the following conditions:

Defective product Within 3 days of delivery
Damaged product Within 24 hours of delivery
Incorrect product delivered Within 24 hours of delivery
Missing accessories Within 24 hours of delivery

⚠️ If the outer packaging looks tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel.

For eligible replacement cases, Martizy will arrange a pickup of the item.
Please ensure the item is returned in:

  • Original packaging

  • All accessories and freebies intact

  • Original invoice included

5. Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for return/exchange, the product must:

    • Be unused and in original condition

    • Have original packaging, brand tags, and accessories intact

  • Products purchased during sale/offer/clearance may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective or damaged.

  • Returns based on size or design preference are not eligible.
    Customers are requested to verify size chart and product details before ordering.

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email

  • If the item passes the quality check, the refund/replacement/exchange will be processed as per policy.

6. Payment Reversal

  • For online payments (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, wallets, etc.), refunds will be reversed to the same original payment method.

  • For COD orders eligible for refund, customers will be asked to share bank/UPI details to process the refund.

7. Disputed Charges

If you notice any incorrect or unauthorized charge, contact customer support immediately for investigation.

Martizy reserves the right to modify or update these policies at any time.
All updates will be published on martizy.in.
